Jodrell Bank is a space observation and learning facility in Cheshire with the largest radio telescope in the UK, The Lovell Telescope.

A new learning and visitor experience centre, The First Light Pavilion, incorporating one of the largest concrete dome constructions in Europe and the first in the UK for over 25 years, William Lea Ltd were awarded the screeding package.

Retanol Xtreme Screed was mixed on site and installed over both insulation and underfloor heating pipework.

Following the success of the screeding works, William Lea Ltd were then awarded the cementitious floor finish package. Cemfloor by DCP was selected as the appropriate finish, in two different colours. This is a very hard-wearing finish and will give many years of service.
